Our fee for issuing a Letter before action is £27.50 + VAT. In the event that these do not prompt your debtor to pay, you can instruct us on a no win no fee basis, and if we collect that debt, then the letter charge will be refunded.

When you have exhausted your efforts in trying to recover your debts, but are not ready to fully instruct us to work on your behalf, then we can aid your existing processes by writing a letter to your client. Dependent upon the exact circumstances which have resulted in the debt you could either use our standard Letter Before Action or opt for a bespoke letter to be written on your behalf. Often the fact that you have referred your case to us is enough to prompt the debtor to take you seriously and they may well pay.OtherServices
