You will need to tell us your name, business address, daytime contact number and agreement number. We will also need to know what’s gone wrong, when it happened and what you would like us to do to put it right.

Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS)

We do our utmost to resolve complaints directly, saving our customers the trouble of appealing to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). But when a customer makes a complaint and we can't reach an agreement, if you are eligible, the FOS can be asked to make an independent assessment.
